Based on high-speed performance, the knocking structure and shedding device were optimized in design, and combined with newly developed "U"-shaped short-spacing nozzles, the weft insertion performance was further improved.
·Equipped with a robust new frame structure and reinforced weft insertion mechanism, it shortens the weft insertion time before weaving, significantly enhancing the weft insertion performance, particularly the six-link weft insertion, achieving higher speed and quality.
The axial clearance adjustment device of the warp feed worm gear ensures the stability of the warp feed mechanism, enabling it to adapt to fabrics with varying widths and high densities. It effortlessly handles special specifications such as converting ultra-fine yarn to roving, narrow-width to wide-width fabrics, and ordinary fabrics to double-layer fabrics.
The machine adopts a "U"-shaped warp vibration shaft and a dedicated balancing system, equipped with multi-stage reinforced support seats and a centralized lubrication system, enhancing warp vibration force and extending the weaving machine's service life.
The frame structure has been redesigned, with the warp path inclined from the weaving position, shortening the cloth path before weaving. This enables stable weaving even at higher densities and reduces the warp position line to 900 mm, aligning with ergonomic operating principles. This significantly enhances the weft performance and operability of the loom. Using a four-pulse direct-drive motor can save 25% to 30% of energy. The variable frequency control system eliminates the need for pulley replacement. The loom speed can be adjusted simply by modifying parameters, enabling variable weft density and speed weaving for complex fabrics.
The design allows a maximum rotation speed of up to 1500 RPM. The Main Technical Parameters
