·The weaving machine adopts a widened integral wall panel structure, optimizing the fixing method of the guide wall panel and the rear beam adjustment seat, and combined with a new crossbeam structure, further enhancing the rigidity of the whole machine, laying a solid physical foundation for ultra high speed operation and reducing weaving machine vibration.
·On the basis of the previous generation model, a new high-speed four-bar linkage beating mechanism has been designed to meet the needs of high-speed beating.
·For heavy fabrics and wide width models, a six link beating mechanism with a larger static angle can be selected to ensure a larger flying angle and beating force without increasing the beating stroke, thereby improving operating speed and efficiency.
·The new generation of energy-saving auxiliary main nozzles and energy-saving auxiliary nozzles can achieve efficient weft insertion at lower air pressure, providing strong support for further energy conservation and consumption reduction.
